Job applications: your name, contact details, location, position preferences, professional background, and the CV file you upload.
We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use tracking cookies. A single browser setting stores your language preference. If analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to understand site usage.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, process your job application, communicate with you about opportunities, and operate our hiring process. We process this data based on your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you initiate.
4. AI-assisted screening
For job applications, we may use AI tools to help our team assess how an application matches a role's requirements. This is decision support only: AI never rejects or accepts an application automatically — every decision is made by a human recruiter. You may request information about, or object to, AI-assisted processing of your application by contacting us.
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. It is accessible only to authorized Lio Food staff and the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, and AI processing), each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us.
6. Retention
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records. Job applications and CVs are kept while a role is open and for up to 12 months afterwards so we can consider you for future opportunities — unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@lio-food.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
8. Security & changes
Data is stored on access-controlled systems with role-based permissions, and CVs are not publicly accessible. We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
